William Beck has been fighting for justice since being wrongly convicted of Assault & Robbery in 1982 in Livingston West Lothian.
He has never had an appeal in Scotland since leagl aid was refused after his sacked QC William Taylor said he had no grounds of appeal.
Mr Beck was dragged out of the appeal court in Edinburgh on 07/10/1982 screaming abuse, He did not get a fair hearing because he could not finish his arguments and was dragged straight back to jail instead of being allowed to cool down then go back in to argue his grounds.
A fair hearing is all he wants and an appeal to which he is entitled
